[mmonit beta3] Error while adding a new user

Hi,

I don't know if its a bug or a limitation of the beta versions but while
trying to add a new user from the M/Monit Web interface I got the
following error:

Internal Server Error
SQLException: 9 values for 10 columns
]]

I can reproduce this bug just by filling only the 3 required fields
(Name, User name, Password) in the "Add a new user" form:
http://localhost:8080/admin/users/create

I am using M/Monit Beta 3 version on Debian Etch with the default config
(FYI, I installed M/Monit beta3 directly I did not upgraded from a
previous version).
