Problem loading dashboard flash

The charts require that your browser supports Flash. And
expressinstall.swf helps upgrade your browser to the latest flash
plugin. We forgot to include this file in the distribution. If you go
to http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer and install the flash plugin
for your browser the charts should display fine.
