error in the configure script (No available database found or selected)

We'll hold back 2.4 for a couple of weeks to see if we need to fix  
other stuff first. We are testing more with postgres now and we have  
already done some internal improvements and bug fixes.

It would be great if you could check out 2.4 from subversion and try  
it and report if the problem you found were fixed.
