This is a minor feature and bug fix release which has been tested on the
following platforms:

       Darwin 9.6.0        [x86]
       Linux FC/U          [x86/x64]
       FreeBSD 6/7         [x86/x64]

Changes in this release:

* PostgreSQL: Blob retrieval optimized

* PostgreSQL: Added unix-socket parameter to connection URL

* Removed GPL license exceptions. The library is now licensed
   under the  GPL version 3 only.

* Deprecated ResultSet_readData(). This function _is_ useful for
   MySQL, but not for other drivers where it has some overhead.

* Added GCC __attribute__ printf checks where applicable

* Internal optimizing changes and improvements


We expect this release to be stable for some time. Just a FYI if you  
plan to package this release.
