This is a feature release which has been tested on the
following platforms:

     Linux  2.6          [x86]
     Darwin 8.8.1        [ppc/x86]

This release introduce among others the following new features:

* Added PostgreSQL support to the library
* Removed the viral clausal from the exceptions license
