This is a feature release which has been tested on the
following platforms:

      Linux  2.6          [x86]
      Darwin 8.8.1        [ppc/x86]

This release introduce among others the following changes:

* Added PostgreSQL support to the library
* From this release, the caller is responsible for freeing the
   URL_T object used in ConnectionPool_new(), via the URL_free() method.
* Removed the viral clausal from the exceptions license
